Stephanie had been a professional dancer and choreographer for 30 years based in Cardiff Wales.

She is a experienced dance teacher and choreographer who runs www.cardiffcabaretclub.com and is a celebrated Burlesque performer FooFooLaBelle

 

For 30 years Stephanie has danced professionally, she is also a qualified Exercise to Music teacher and Pilates instructor with years of coaching experience.

Classes January 2024 Dance, share, connect. Dates: 6-week course from 17th January to 21st February. 6.30-7.45 on Wednesdays. Venue: Conway Road Methodist Church Hall, Conway Road Canton, CF11 9NT. (Opposite Romilly Pub) Time: 6.30-7.45 pm Tickets: 6 week course from 17th, 21st, 31st January. 7th, 14th and 21st February. Course fee is £50.
Learn graceful art of Arabic dance, including Hip Drops, Figure 8’s, Shimmies and isolations. This sessions will include posture, technique and drills, sequences and simple combinations. Slowly putting together a full, sensual routine! Class Attire: Please wear comfy clothes, (leggings and T.Shirt are fine) and bring a soft flat shoe to dance in, (if you don’t like dancing in bare feet) and a drink. Workshop Structure: Mobilising joints and and warming up muscles. Practice flowing arm movements and snake hips. ”Drill” -repeating exercises so they become effortless and precise.
